[Solved] Freedombox not updating from 21.4.4

Problem Description
Plinth says that my Freedombox running on Bullseye should be updated. Automatic updates are enabled. But even when I start a manual update no new version is installed.

unattended-upgrades.log contains the following line: Package freedombox is kept back because a related package is kept back or due to local apt_preferences(5).

What should I do?

Information

  • FreedomBox version: 21.4.4
  • Hardware: Raspi 2
  • How did you install FreedomBox?: SD card image

Thanks for the hint.

Had to do “sudo apt dist-upgrade”. Now version 22.14.1 is installed.

One issue: Radicale is broken when Mediawiki is running…
