[SOLVED] The Russian language is not supported on the user site on Freedombox

Problem Description
This is the page of the user website hosted by freedombox (See screenshot). The Russian language is not supported!

Steps to Reproduce
1.Upload the index.html file( in russian) to the public directory
2. Go to the website address with your browser

You may tell to your browser the page is unicode encoded or tell something more in html to tell the same.
