Request: Add Reticulum MeshChat App to FreedomBox

Summary
Reticulum MeshChat is a mesh communications application built on top of the Reticulum Network Stack which supports transport of packets over IPv6 Local Link, TCP/IP, UDP, I2P, LoRa, KISS and AX.25 KISS packet radio, and Serial interfaces. It can serve as a communication client as well as a secure propagation node, and can handle text, images, video recordings, audio calls, and file transfers, as well as browse decentralized websites hosted on Nomad Network nodes. Furthermore, includes necessary data for replication by the user onto other hardware for the creation of new nodes.

The Reticulum Network Stack and the Reticulum MeshChat project are well aligned with the FreedomBox project goals and drives toward user-driven and hosted secure, private communications.

Solution
MeshChat includes Linux, Docker, and Raspberry Pi installation instructions, which should allow it to be added to Freedombox with relative ease, particularly because the Linux release is an appimage. The more difficult aspects would likely be connection to the disparate interface options which it supports, and supporting the option to flash RNodes.
