FAQ is an expected convention for frequently asked questions about a project. QuestionsAndAnswers is hard to find and not easy to remember.
We should rename the wiki page called QuestionsAndAnswers to FAQ, update footer templates and also use the FAQ url widely in our chatrooms and forums.
MoinMoin doesn’t have support for aliases unfortunately.
If the QuestionsAndAnswers page is not meant to be a FAQ at all, we should create a new page for this purpose.

MoinMoin can create a redirect page from the old page to new page after a rename.

FAQ already exists and redirects to QuestionsAndAnswers.
