Removing screw on cover problem

If you are asking for support for an issue, please include the following information at the top of your post:

  • I haven’t connected FreedomBox. Just arrived 2023-1-30. Afraid to “strip” the screw - is it a Phillips head screw & turned counter-clockwise to open?

Thank you for the response. I decided to wait on connecting the battery since that is not necessary to install FreedomBox. But I did try to loosen it with a screwdriver and also with a power drill (low RPM’s) and the screw did not turn counter-clockwise or clockwise. Again, thanks.!!
