I’ve been using Joplin as my note taking app (syncing it through syncthing) for some time but recently discovered that my CalDAV server can do a similar job.
Radicale is a CalDAV & WebDAV server and is promoted for its power to host calendars and contacts. A capability I recently started using has been its power to also support notes and task (to-do) entries through VJOURNAL and VTODO classes.
Once creating a calendar in Radicale with journal and to-do entry options, I’ve been successfully managing entries through jtx Board in Android and Evolution on Linux.
Just wanted to share this with the community. Maybe the devs can consider adding this ability to the list of capabilities FBX has : )
