No username and password stops me from using the entirely

I can’t even use this because:

  1. I don’t want to set up Ethernet
  2. There is no default username and password
  3. because of that, I can’t login and setup wlan. Great…
    Question:
    why do you not have a default username and password?
    I will use ethernet for now… but this is just weird.

unrelated question: also how did it get my profile picture I always use what the heck

It is a very common security pitfall to have a default username and password. When a device that has a default username and password, is accidentally exposed on the Internet, it could be compromised before the user can even get a chance to change the default password.

The profile picture has likely been picked up based on the email address you have provided from the Gravatar service. You seem to have a publicly available Gravatar identity.
