Moving to a new server

Hello,

I’m hoping to move to a different VPS. I was wondering if there’s an up-to-date documentation on how to move servers similar to something like this? GitHub - deltachat/chatmail: chatmail service deployment scripts and docs

From what I understand I can install Freedombox on the new VPS and restore the backup, but it won’t restore users? So I think I need some help with that part since I’m not very experienced with server admin-ing.

There is an open merge request for this feature. It is not yet merged as we need to make sure that when restoring users, the admin user cannot get locked out.
