Problem Description
I have not used Gobby to connect to my Infininoted app on FreedomBox for some time. When I create the connection to freedombox.fqdn.com the client complains that the freedombox server’s SSL certificate is expired.
Let’s encrypt on FreedomBox tells me that my certificates are good for another month or more.
I have tried removing the contents of ~/.config/gobby/known_hosts and connecting a second time and I still have this error in the gobby client.
Here is an action shot:
Steps to Reproduce
- Start Infininoted app on FreedomBox
- Start gobby on client
- From the File menu select “Connect to server…”
- Enter the FreedomBox FQDN (“myfreedombox.fbx.one”)
Expected Results
I expect to connect to FreedomBox using Gobby client and see the Infininoted documents hosted there.
Actual results
Gobby gives me an error:
The server certificate is not trusted. The certificate has expired
