Problem Description
Cannot connect to dynamic dns address after setting FreedomBox as WireGuard client

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add conection to server at As a Client field in WireGuard app
  2. cannot connect to the dynamic adress provided by gnudip.datasystems24.net/

When Dynamic DNS client also tries to connect via the VPN connection, when WireGuard is active. gnudip server won’t receive the proper IP address of the FreedomBox, I suppose. On one hand, we need all traffic to go via VPN and on the other, we have Dynamic DNS traffic that should not go via VPN. No sure yet how to solve this.
