I have installed calibre on my freedombox.
I have uploaded a book (the calibre manual) to it and see that it is working. I can access the server using a web browser on my android phone and read the book I have uploaded.
There are descriptions of using calibre as a newsreader that seem to apply to stand alone installations of calibre on a desktop pc. They describe using recipes enabled by clicking the fetch button on the desktop gui. The manual describes calibre getting news items from a media news source or a blog and displaying them as a book using a recipe for each news source. The gui that the server provides does not seem to have this function.
Is there a way to enable or access this function on the version of calibre that runs on a freedombox server?
Thanks.
