Downloading files from Nextcloud

I am trying to download multiple files from my Nextcloud to my local computer, but nothing happens - no error message etc.
I am able to download one file after another without problems.
In the Nextcloud manual I found, that when downloading multiple files, these are placed in a zip archive. My guess is, that no zip compression software is installed on my FBx. Which one should be there for Nextcloud?

I could not reproduce this issue. I can download multiply files without any problems. Can it be that your files are just too big?

I tried again, and I agree, I cannot reproduce.
It is working with the web interface, documents.zip is created and stored locally.
As I am not sure what exactly we tried (a whole rainy day doing IT), and as it might have been a misunderstanding of the functionality of the nexcloud apps, I suggest to close the issue.
