# Apps stuck on "Waiting to start: App install

I am unable to install any apps. I can click the button, but the all get stuck on “Waiting to start: App install”. i have tried steps such as rebooting and attempted to run diagnostics, but got stuck on “Waiting to start: Diagnostics”

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to freedombox
2. Go to the apps page
3. Attempt to install any app
4. Be stuck on “Waiting to start: app install” forever

I expected to be able to install apps, but get stuck on “waiting to start: app install”

freedombox version: 25.17.1  
Installed on an Ionos VPS
